Megan Bedford leads the development and marketing of Quality Interactions' educational content. In her role, Megan strives to maintain a synergistic balance between legacy curriculum and emerging needs, new markets, and the latest in instructional design. Megan holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Hampshire.
Previously, Megan led curriculum and communications at two educational non-profits, the Efficacy Institute and the Quaglia Institute for Student Aspirations, where she worked with inner city youth to improve their academic performance, learn the art of effective verbal and visual communications, and step forward as leaders in their schools and communities. She has also consulted independently with corporate and non-profit organizations.
Megan joined Quality Interactions in 2014 to apply her professional skill set to a new social mission of equity in healthcare. She is proud to be part of team so deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of all individuals, regardless of culture, background, or beliefs.
Quality Interactions has lead the industry in cultural competency training for healthcare providers for over a decade, with over 250,000 alumni at the country's largest hospitals, health plans, and medical schools.
