Dr. Green practices internal medicine and urgent care at the Family Health Center of Worcester. He has widely published in the area of racial/ethnic disparities in healthcare and cultural competence. Dr. Green's work explores the root causes of health disparities and promotes culturally competent healthcare through education and quality improvement. Among other contributions, Dr. Green was an expert panelist for the Joint Commission's Hospitals, Language, and Culture project and helped create a widely used documentary film and educational compendium, Worlds Apart.

Disability Program Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital

Zary Amirhosseini is the Disability Program Manager at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she has led efforts to ensure inclusion and access for patients and visitors with disabilities since 2010. She collaborates with stakeholders to implement innovative strategies that comply with state and federal regulations, addressing healthcare disparities for people with disabilities. She also serves on the MGB Disability Council and co-chairs the Disability Employee Inclusion Alliance. Outside her role, Zary is a dedicated advocate, serving on the Boston Center for Independent Living's board and Boston's Commission for Persons with Disabilities. She holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from UMass.
